For items lost by USPS, please contact USPS. Once tracking scan package as delivered, Unclaimed, delivery attempted we are no longer responsible.
WE WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER THEY'VE BEEN SCANNED AS DELIVERED, DELIVERY ATTEMPTED OR UNCLAIMED.
Please contact your local post office branch for help with these items.
Once the Package leaves my hands and in to the USPS System I can't do anything but check tracking for you.
